Heather McKinley made a life change in 2005 and left her Logistics Management career and followed her heart in healthcare. During the past 16 years she has obtained her State Tested Nursing Assistant and Phlebotomy licenses plus obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Healthcare Information Management at Columbus State Community College. She has experience working in the Pediatric ICU at Nationwide Children's Hospital and a frontline worker as a phlebotomist at Grant Medical Center. Heather also does various volunteer work within her community helping with food banks and local coat and toy drives. She currently is the HUB Performance Manager at Health Impact Ohio and works to support the Community Healthcare Workers in the day to day operations.
