Brittany has been working in Ohio since she graduated from The University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in Gender and Women’s Studies in 2015. While attending the University of Kentucky, she obtained invaluable experience working as a Student Staff member for the English and Biology departments where she developed website management and media creation skills along with auditing and account reconciliation experience. While working at the University of Kentucky, Brittany also obtained experience in direct patient care and project management and volunteered her time at the Carnegie Center for Learning and Excellence as a tutor.

After working in a practice management role in the dental industry, she obtained a Master of Science in Business Informatics from Northern Kentucky University in 2018. Once she obtained her master’s degree, Brittany chose to change her career trajectory and was honored with the opportunity to be a part of the Health Impact Ohio team to help fulfill their vision of “optimal health outcomes for all people in every community.”

In her current role at Health Impact Ohio, Brittany serves as the Director of Operations and Communications where she aids in supporting multiple grant-funded projects, helps to create and disseminate social media messages, electronic newsletters, and web-based content, and provides project management and data visualization support.
