2026 Statewide CHW Conference: Call for Presenters

We are excited to invite you to submit a presentation proposal for the upcoming Statewide Community Health Worker Conference, where Community Health Workers (CHWs), supervisors, healthcare professionals, and community partners from across Ohio will come together to learn, connect, and strengthen the CHW workforce.

Presentation topics we are seeking:

  • Community Health Worker best practices and innovative models

  • Rural and underserved community health

  • Health equity and social drivers of health

  • Behavioral health and substance use

  • Chronic disease prevention and management

  • Maternal and child health

  • Disability inclusion and accessibility

  • Workforce development, supervision, and leadership

  • Partnerships and community engagement

  • Lessons learned from successful programs and initiatives

Important Dates:

  • August 4: Applications to present due

  • August 17: Presenters notified of acceptance

  • November 5&6: Statewide CHW Conference
